150-Year old Restoration

This restoration project began with necessary siding and trim repairs, multiple window replacements, along with the replacement of a small roof at the rear of the house. We also reflashed the roof on the gable end with kickout flashing just above the porch roof to ensure proper water shedding. The client selected a vibrant yellow for the exterior siding and a brilliant white for the trim, giving the home a fresh, lively look and significantly enhancing its curb appeal.
