3 Season Porch Addition

This project featured Biscayne Trex decking, with screening applied not only to the visible openings but also underneath the decking to create a full seal, offering protection from insects.

The porch trim was constructed using Azek PVC trim, secured with Cortex-plugged screws for a clean, flawless finish. Red cedar was used for both the main wall and the porch skirting, adding warmth and natural beauty to the space. An access door was incorporated into the skirting to provide convenient storage, as per the client's request.

The roof installation was completed by our trusted subcontractor, Willette Woodworks of Sanbornville, NH, who expertly integrated the porch roof into the existing roofline for a polished result.

All site work was handled by Kingdom Timber LLC of Wolcott, VT, ensuring precise craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project.
