North Ridge Deck Recovery

We were called to this project due to a failing sonotube, and through excavation, we found that the sonotube had cracked in half. The sonotube was replaced with a concrete footing for the new deck post base to sit on top of to withstand the settling of the rock garden that was originally in place. The deck was then reassembled with new pressure-treated joists, red cedar decking, and Douglas Fir railings with an added small step. All site work was completed by Kingdom Timber LLC of Wolcott, VT.
